The Lightning Lacrosse Program is targeted at 1st and 2nd grade players, giving them an opportunity to learn fundamentals of the game in a safe , fun and team oriented environment. No previous lacrosse experience is needed.
Saturday Program ~ April 21 - May 19, 2018, 9:00 am-10:00 am at Pinney Field
This clinic will be designed to introduce kids to Lacrosse. Basic fundamentals of throwing, catching, cradling and shooting will be covered. Players do not need equipment for this clinic; the equipment will be provided.
Fees - Instructional $25
Families with 3 or more participants will receive a $10 family discount per participant. Additional fees will be required for both boys and girls uniforms.
Individuals interested in becoming an assistant coach should contact the rec. department for a coaching packet.

The Ellington Lacrosse Association is a 501c3 nonprofit volunteer organization dedicated to bringing the sport of lacrosse to boys and girls, grades K - 8, in the town of Ellington Connecticut.
We support travel teams at four grade levels:
Lightning (Grades 1-2), Bantam (Grades 3-4),
Junior (Grades 5-6) and Senior (Grades 7-8).
Boys play as part of the Connecticut Valley Youth Lacrosse (CVYL) league and
girls play in the Connecticut Valley Youth Girls Lacrosse (CVYGL) league.
We also offer spring and summer clinics for age groups K-8.
